I hope those attendees to the special training workshop seminar  enjoyed the session too! I hope you all felt you have advanced your  techniques learnt in the 3 stage seminars and now learning to use more high level focus combat training techniques at real life
speeds for more life like scenarious.

Please remember to leave your seminar feedback comments on the blog!

Excellent Workshop Stan! Working with the Stab Proof Vests has allowed me to fully appreciate fast moving life like attacks but i felt the vests were also invaluable when performing the counter attacks allowing me to perform strike techniques without holding back and so feel comfortable knowing their effectiveness.
looking forward to the next Workshop!!

I just wanted to say i really enjoyed the work shop! It was a great opportunity to put together all the skills i have gathered across the 3 stages. As a member of the Met Police i have found the skills shown to me have given me greater confidence in my job and in the ability to protect myself.
    Many thanks Stan,
    Jack

I like your style, the fact that your site is a little bit different makes it so interesting, I get fed up of seeing same-old-same-old all of the time. I've just stumbled this page for you
