This was just what I needed! This blog has come at the right time for me because I was told by my doctor that I need to consume more fruit as I was always feeling drowsy and lethargic. I was always told fruits were good for you and so on, but didn’t really feel the effects from eating them. After reading this blog, I’ve found that eating fruits on an empty stomach has helped me become much more energetic and awake. I recommend people to try this as you feel the effects of it almost instantly!

I have now attended all three stages of the Stanford Quarrie Art of Combat and two workshops. With each session I have gained more and more confidence. As a woman, I am amazed at the relatively straightforward techniques which effective enough to defend oneself against male opponents irrespective of size.
I would recommend this to any woman who wishes to gain more confidence.
Thank you Stanford.
Excellent Workshop Stan! Working with the Stab Proof Vests has allowed me to fully appreciate fast moving life like attacks but i felt the vests were also invaluable when performing the counter attacks allowing me to perform strike techniques without holding back and so feel comfortable knowing their effectiveness.
looking forward to the next Workshop!!
Stuart
