So if you feel someone staring at you, be discrete, put yourself in a position where you can see; if you feel uncomfortable, you are in a better position to exit to avoid confrontation. Job done! Without thinking, we zero in to where our sense takes us. What's wrong with that? You have created a circuit. If the stare tells a message that you are not comfortable with, it is hard to move without them noticing where you're going. So if you feel someone staring at you, be discrete, put yourself in a position where you can see; if you feel uncomfortable, you are in a better position to exit to avoid confrontation.
